Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Onsite

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Contract: Contract Position

Pay Rate: $30 - $34 / hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Creative Services team with high-volume graphic design and production work across marketing, sales, training, conventions, physician education, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
• Create and revise marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, presentations, digital graphics, event materials, and training assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mockups, and final production-ready files.
• Support product launches, conventions, campaigns, physician education programs, and internal communication initiatives.
• Resize, update, format, and adapt creative assets based on project requirements, vendor specifications, and publication guidelines.
• Prepare files for print and digital deployment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Training, Physician Education, Conventions, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative materials follow established brand standards and applicable review and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to support production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and support digital asset management and archival processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay current with design best practices, production methods, accessibility considerations, and emerging creative technologies.
• Maintain visual consistency across creative materials and brand touchpoints.
• Present concepts and work-in-progress designs during creative reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and creative leadership.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience , including internship experience, or a portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and production capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop .
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and experience creating and editing branded presentation materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, visual design, and creative production.
• Ability to take creative direction, ask thoughtful questions, and effectively incorporate feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with print production, digital advertising, or regulated healthcare/medical device environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Acrobat .
• Experience with digital asset management tools.
• Basic understanding of print specifications, vendor file preparation, and publication advertising requirements.
• Experience using JIRA, Optimizely , or other project intake/workflow systems.
• Experience working within an internal creative agency or corporate creative services environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
