About the Position

Greenfield, OH | Outpatient / Inpatient (Acute Care)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Expected 36 hours/week | Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting with a primary focus on pediatric patients (approximately 80% of caseload)
Deliver inpatient speech-language pathology services to adult patients (approximately 20% of caseload)
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to patient population and setting
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in both pediatric and outpatient speech-language pathology

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating adult patients on an inpatient rehabilitation unit
Flexibility to work a pediatric-only caseload if operationally appropriate
