# Advanced Implant and Cosmetic Care
Join an implant-focused practice led by Dr. Andre Lee, who has placed over 20,000 dental implants. You will assist with complex procedures, including implant placements and periodontal surgeries, utilizing digital scanning and 3D imaging for precise patient care. The role also includes supporting cosmetic and restorative treatments for a diverse patient base in Koreatown.
# Monday and Wednesday Schedule, No Weekends
Work a consistent part-time schedule on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 60-minute meal break. Enjoy no weekend shifts, allowing for a predictable work-life balance. Overtime is available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular rate.
# Competitive Pay with Performance Incentives
Earn $27–$32/hr based on your qualifications and experience, with additional commission-based incentives. These incentives are tied to your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education. You will also receive continuing education credits and a uniform allowance.
# Digitally Equipped Environment
Work in a modern facility that uses advanced technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT (3D Cone-Beam Imaging), and an intraoral scanner for digital impressions. You will use Open Dental software and uphold stringent sterilization protocols with a Class B vacuum autoclave and routine spore testing.

Dental assistant

- Provide expert chairside assistance during complex procedures, including dental extractions, implant placements, and periodontal surgeries.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
- Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents.
- Assist the dental team in managing emergency situations, including setup of emergency equipment, patient monitoring, and support during urgent dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Perform delegated reversible expanded functions, such as taking impressions and placing temporary restorations, under the dentist's direction.
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
- Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.

part-time $27 - $32 per hour
